Our leadership program, is an investment in your leaders, future leaders or executive team and a pre curser to building an organisational culture that can thrive and sustain enhanced performance.

Over 3 to 6 days, Leaders will explore and reflect on key areas across a foundation of resilience competencies at personal, interpersonal and leadership levels. The Learning Labs included in this program enable a deeper level of interaction and learning in all of the core competencies of the Resilience Model. A particular focus on the higher levels of this model including self-awareness, realistic optimism, influence & conflict resolution, leadership style flexibility, self-confidence & presence and values & purpose is crucial to development of leadership purpose and influence on people and culture.

Additional tools are incorporated to provide further insights and enhance the program such as the Resilience Diagnostic, Leadership 360, and Leadership and Executive Performance Coaching to embed the change.
