Amanda’s expertise and professionalism combine with her strong sense of authenticity and openness. She has a passionate and engaging facilitation style and delivers high impact results for Springfox clients and participants.

Prior to joining the Springfox team, Amanda spent 17 years working across Perth, Sydney and Melbourne for leading organisations in the oil and gas sector. This afforded her diverse experience across a range of disciplines in marketing, strategy, operations, business development, franchising and program management.

Amanda understands what it feels like to be under enormous pressure, generated from both internal and external sources. She has witnessed both the benefits of resilience and the negative consequences when it is absent. Incorporating resilience practices into her own life, Amanda has gained great clarity identifying and nurturing her own sense of meaning and purpose, crafting the best life that is right for her and her family as a result.

At Springfox, Amanda works across a broad range of industries including banking and finance, professional services firms, education, energy, government, mining, telecommunications and FMCG. She comfortably interacts with and relates well to people across all levels of seniority and walks of life – from senior partners to FIFO miners.

Amanda consistently receives outstanding feedback from clients, who appreciate her willingness to share her personal journey and experiences, demonstrating that perfection is not the aim in life.

Passionate about the evidence-based principles of Springfox, Amanda values the holistic, integral approach of body, heart, mind and spirit. She relishes being able to make a difference and have a positive impact on so many people through our programs.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
