We have a 6 step process
You want programs that make a difference – the right difference. We take the time to listen to your needs. We will design and implement a solution that is perfect for you. Then we’ll do it again – analysing and assessing the impact of the work on your organisation and developing new solutions to meet your new reality.

1. Listen
One of the most important steps in our process starts with listening to your needs to help us understand what your organisation is trying to achieve and the issues you’re trying to resolve.
We work with HR, interview management and observe staff to help determine how you can best benefit from accelerating human performance in a sustainable and rewarding way for your staff by implementing resilience.

2. Research
As part of the Resilience Institute International global network, we integrate world-wide best practice with local and regional expertise.
We will explore how your unique situation fits with state of the art research into human performance so we can design a program that is precisely tuned to your context and outcomes.
We access Resilience Diagnostic data on your team or organisation to help shape a solution that suits your needs.

3. Design
Once we understand your needs and situation and how they fit with the latest research, we can craft a human performance program that is specifically designed to deliver the results you want.
This blueprint will be our guide as we work with you in the implementation, embedding and analysis stages of our process.

4. Implementation
After we have designed a solution for your team or organisation, we then implement the solution via a series of Learning Labs, to inspire action and engage commitment from your people.

5. Embed
Our core programs are a key component of our resilience training but they are not only solution. As your people and leaders move away from our program into the "real world", we know that providing them with specialised ongoing support makes all the difference. Group or individual coaching, Refresh and Extend Learning Labs and supporting materials including digital resources will guide and motivate over the longer term, until high performance habits are just that - habitual.

Coaching
Group or individual coaching is a powerful intervention to support change. The sessions specifically look at a person’s capacity to thrive, mapped against our proprietary model. Participants are challenged and supported to gain clarity on priorities and actions to build agility and performance for themselves, their team and ultimately their organisation.

Supporting Materials
Our powerful in-person interventions are supported with a wide range of materials including workbooks, email series, digital portals and commitment cards. These will maintain your people’s awareness, commitment and momentum as they build personal and organisational habits of sustainable high performance.

Digital Resources
Participants have ongoing online access to the extensive resources available at our global Resilience Diagnostic portal. We can also create customised content to align strategically with your existing online learning tools. The Resilience App gives your people access to a detailed resource library of tools, videos and challenges as they progress through their program.

Refresh and Extend
Your people will leave their resilience program feeling motivated and engaged, armed with a clear action plan for improving their resilience. And then real life hits. It can be challenging to maintain momentum and additional support can make all the difference to refresh their focus after their program concludes.
6. Analyse and Report
Metrics matter. You need to know that the program is working – and how well – and be able to easily share that news with your stakeholders.

Resilience Diagnostic
Our Resilience Diagnostic data gives you a clear measure of Resilience across the organisation, by region, by level and by function. Quantitative and qualitative participant feedback is shared with you to gauge impacts and we can work with you to assess program impact against your organisational indicators such as engagement, sick leave and attrition.

Trust in Action 360
Our research shows trust and resilience are essential to enable positive professional and social development. Our Trust in Action 360 assessment provides insights into the trust relationships that exists between individuals and teams within your organisation, and identifies opportunities for development.
